Shipping & Return Policy
Any delivery estimates we provide are good faith estimates only. We are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense incurred or related to shipping times, estimates, or delays. We do not ship to post office boxes. Our standard shipping rates will see your purchase delivered at the threshold, "first dry area or garage," or for high-rise buildings the lobby and/or service area, unless delivery is arranged with UPS or a small parcel carrier. White glove service is available for orders shipped within 200 miles of our warehouse. We arrange a delivery appointment and provide inside delivery, placement, and assembly, as well as the removal of all packaging materials. Last-minute cancellations of delivery appointments are subject to additional fees for re-delivery. Upgrades to white glove shipping after items have already shipped are available, albeit at a significant charge, and will cause shipping time delays.
Any fees for shipping are non-refundable after shipment, meaning once the order has left our warehouse. This includes items that you receive that are damaged or defective. All additional shipping charges that the delivery company incurs will be paid by the customer, including isolated zip/postal codes, missed attempt delivery charges, storage fees, any additional delivery services, or any other potential fees. Shipping is not available outside of the contiguous United States.
Returns are accepted up to 14 days after receipt. Returns are not accepted on all items, customers are encouraged to check on product pages which items are eligible for return. Items will only be accepted unused in their complete, original packaging. Whether an item is "unused" will be determined by Memoky. Items considered used and therefore unavailable for return include items used in staging homes or other interiors, as well as items used in photoshoots. Customers will need to provide photos of the item in the original packaging before the return process begins. Once we receive the return, we will only refund if it includes an unused item in the original packaging. We do not refund the cost of shipping the product to or from the customer. Actual outbound and return shipping and handling costs are deducted from all returns. This may include internal shipping from our distributors to our logistics facility. Please note the shipping charges you see on your invoice may not reflect the actual cost. We will extend our preferred rates through our carrier and arrange for a pick-up time if you so choose. Contact us for a quote from our shipper. Refunds can only be issued via the method used by the original purchase. If the original method of payment is no longer available, we will issue store credit equal to the amount of the refund. Standard Shipping, Transfer Fees, and White Glove Delivery service charges are not refundable. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on custom and special order furniture. We encourage you to thoroughly examine all items upon receipt. Damaged items can be returned, but are subject to the same return policy as non-damaged items. For replacing damaged goods, see below.
Trade deals and large orders are subject to a restocking fee. For example, orders of more than six dining chairs, one dining table of the same kind, two table lamps of the same kind, or two lounge chairs of the same kind will be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion. Damaged and/or defective items
Damages on our items are rare, but they do happen. We deal with damages on a case by case basis. To best ensure we can attend to any damages and/or missing and defective part with your order, we encourage you to carefully inspect your purchase upon delivery. Sign off with the carrier "damaged upon arrival" and photograph any damages or related problems. We will review each item on a case by case basis. We typically offer replacements in full or in part, discounts on received items, or reimbursement local repair costs. Complete returns of the item are handled as per our return policy. We make no guarantees on the specifics of how we will deal with damaged, defective, or incomplete deliveries. We tend to process and ship our items within 72 hours after receiving your order. If you decide to cancel your purchase, it can only be done so before we process and/or ship your items. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order. We make no guarantee that we will be able to process your cancellation before it ships. After shipment, items are subject to our return policy and we will not refund any shipping costs.
Memoky is located in New York City. Orders made inside the state of New York will be charged a sales tax of 8.875%. Orders from outside New York State are not subjected to a sales tax.
