Wates Large Bench In Portland

Joining the lineup of our popular concrete garden furniture, which looks just as handsome indoors, our Wates Large Bench has been treated to a Portland finish. Weathering the out-of-doors beautifully is a hallmark of our concrete pieces that have wrought iron frames that will stand the test of time. This gray bench has cleaner lines than many of our faux bois pieces for the non-traditionalist in garden ornamentation. Hairline cracks occur and are part of the natural beauty and uniqueness of each piece. These are part of the natural curing process of concrete, but they do not affect durability or structural integrity because of the steel frame underneath. The finish will vary and range from gray to brownish to greenish. The finish will continue to change over time, and over the first few months it will darken slightly. Each piece is created by hand, and the texture and appearance of the concrete can vary.
